Recurring billing

Subscriptions

Paid Flutty plans renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Taxes, VAT, and payment-provider charges may be calculated by the provider before final confirmation.

How to cancel

Cancellations

You can cancel supported subscriptions from the billing area or through the payment provider portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly approved by Flutty.

Policy

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, stated at checkout, or approved by Flutty in its discretion. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or documented service failures.

Account status

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Flutty may retry the charge, notify you, downgrade, suspend, or limit paid features. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts unless canceled or waived.
