Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Flutty, including prompts, uploaded files, generated output, terminal/runtime features, connectors, previews, live published sites, and support channels.
Do not use Flutty to
Prohibited use
Violate laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights.
Generate, host, or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, scams, botnet activity, or deceptive traffic.
Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, database, or other intellectual-property rights.
Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or dox people.
Create or publish content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intended to facilitate harm.
Attack, scan, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Flutty, connected providers, or third-party systems.
Circumvent usage limits, billing controls, security controls, audit logs, or provider policies.
Misrepresent generated sites as official, endorsed, or affiliated with a third party without permission.

Sensitive use
Do not rely on Flutty-generated output as legal, medical, financial, safety, emergency, or professional advice. You are responsible for human review and compliance before using generated output in regulated or high-risk contexts.
What we may do
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable previews or live sites, suspend accounts, throttle traffic, preserve evidence, notify providers, or report activity to authorities where needed to protect users, infrastructure, providers, or the public.
